Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage the contact you request.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

5. Data retention

Data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and afterwards only as required to comply with legal obligations.

6. Processors and third parties

The contact form is processed through Web3Forms, which delivers the message to the controller's email. The message may be stored by the controller's email provider (Google/Gmail). The showreel video is embedded from YouTube (Google), which may process data when you play it. These providers act as processors or independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by emailing javiersanzbar@gmail.com:

• Access, rectification and erasure of your data
• Restriction and objection to processing
• Data portability
• Withdrawal of consent at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
